The Support House is made up of real-world IT people – business people interested in bringing about proven business IT solutions. This is achieved through the formation of appropriate business partnerships with reputable suppliers and through customer intimate relationships with our chosen clientele. It is our job to make sense of the solution and explain it to you in terms that you understand.
What do you look for in an IT partner?
Do you need someone who will:
- Ask you what you want, and ascertain honestly what you need.
- Identify a solution which will satisfy that need or want.
- Provide and install the solution which achieves the desired results.
- Be there when help is needed.
- Be there next time when you outgrow the solution and need a different one.
