Why you should be interested in arranging for this upgrade!
This latest release of the Sybiz product range includes over 400 improvements in Vision (since Version 8), and over 150 improvements in Visipay (since version 9.5). Whilst many of these may not seem important – those customers who do upgrade get the benefits of these improvements, often without noticing it. What do we mean? Well often we find that when reviewing issues for customers (not on the latest version of the software), we find that those issues have actually been resolved, and thus the customer would have had no issue with this if they had been on the latest version.

ABM 2010 is Released

It’s been a long wait but we wanted to ensure that we got ABM 2010 right and now we have. Therefore, ABM 2010 is now formally released. Only two issues arose in beta testing of the Release Candidate which were serious enough to warrant an immediate fix. One was in sales, where the customer name was missing from the default delivery address, and the other was some spurious messages which some clients saw when printing.

ABM 2009 Now Available

We are pleased to announce that our ABM 2009 beta test programme has now reached its successful conclusion and that ABM 2009 is now being made available to National Distributors for general release.
The formal release date for ABM 2009 in each country will be co-ordinated and notified separately by each National Distributor.
Whilst the beta testing ABM 2009 has been very satisfactory, we have not been able to find beta sites which use branch accounting or stock reservations. Therefore we ask the channel to inform their distributors if they put ABM 2009 into sites which plan to use either of these features. We can then keep a special eye on these sites and respond quickly in the event of any issues.
