The reporting challenge
As with any business the challenge is to have better information to help you focus your activities in the most important areas. We can’t do everything, or be everything to everyone, so to have timely accurate information is imperative.

What is Business Intelligence?
Business Intelligence is not just another reporting tool – and to think of at this is missing the point somewhat. It’s not to say it can’t provide enhanced reporting, but because is it so much more efficient at summarising information, the net result can be that much more useful.
